Program: Performance Management: It’s About Relationships.
Terri McCormick will share strategies for influencing leaders in your organization to create a new paradigm for managing employee performance. She will share tips that will lead to higher productivity and greater employee engagement.

Terri has been with BrickStreet since 2006. Terri is responsible for human capital initiatives including employee relations, organization design, compensation and benefits, and talent management including recruiting and learning & development. She has over 20 years of human resources and labor relations management experience in private industry.
Terri is a frequent speaker on human resources topics in venues such as the Charleston Chamber of Commerce and the WV Chamber of Commerce. She has also written several articles for the West Virginia Chamber of Commerce human resources publications.
Terri is certified as a Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) through the Society of Human Resources Management. She is also a 2004 graduate and a lifetime member of Leadership West Virginia.
