ABOUT THE ROLE
The Human Resources Payroll Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of payroll administration, including processing, reconciliations, compliance, and reporting. The Human Resources Payroll Manager will ensure payroll accuracy and timeliness, serve as a subject matter expert on payroll-related matters, and provide support on cross-functional HR initiatives including compensation, benefits, and other related programs. This position has no direct reports.

HR Manager

As HR Manager, the selected candidate will oversee a wide range of responsibilities that impact every stage of the employee lifecycle, including:
- Driving policy and compliance with employment laws and company standards
- Leading full-cycle recruitment and onboarding
- Supporting employee relations, performance management, and engagement
- Administering leave programs, accommodations and supporting benefits administration
- Managing workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs

Qualifications:
