GROWING AN ETHICAL CULTURE IN ANY CLIMATE

This presentation will focus on the benefits to be derived from developing a principled and consistent approach to business ethics based upon real-world situations and examples. The presentation will also discuss various alternative approaches for promoting an ethical business climate in circumstances ranging from ideal to inhospitable environments. The goal of the presentation is to persuade the audience of the advantages to conducting business in all aspects of an enterprise, and particularly human resources, using a principled approach where ethical conduct is integral to every business decision.
