2011 WV SHRM Workforce Readiness Excellence Award

It is time again for WV SHRM to recognize individuals, groups and organizations that exemplify excellence in Workforce Readiness in West Virginia. Workforce Readiness includes activities that:
- Insure that today’s and tomorrow’s workforce has the skills, competencies and behaviors in order to succeed in today and tomorrow’s workplace.
- Insure that today’s and tomorrow’s workplace maximizes the potential of today and tomorrow’s workforce.
Please nominate any individual, business, organization or agency that has demonstrated a commitment to workforce readiness in West Virginia. This award is for the unsung heroes that are dedicated to the enrichment of West Virginia’s workforce as evidenced by their tireless efforts and creativity in addressing one of today’s most pressing issues.
